Caitlynn Allen-Kehoe, LMHC
Mental Health Counselor II
Caitlynn is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor eager to accompany you on your journey to achieve the mental health you desire. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Union College and her master’s in mental health counseling from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. Her earlier years of experience include working with children, their biological families, and foster or adoptive families to nurture interpersonal relationships and work on conflict resolution and anger management.
More recently, she has worked as a behavioral health counselor, a senior clinician, and program manager in a well-known substance use treatment clinic. There, she provided individual, family, and group counseling, in addition to case management to support clients in their recovery process from substance abuse.
Caitlynn's experience of working with clients of varying ages provides a unique perspective on stages of development and how life experiences can manifest across a life span. Her training coupled with my desire to continually acquire knowledge provides her with a solid foundation to begin working with clients and adapt as the clients’ needs change. She is here to not meet you where you’re at, but meet you where you dream and to work with you to develop and utilize the tools necessary to discover those dreams.
